Brittany Ross, Paralegal/Trust Administrator with Ruthann Lacey Elder Care AttorneyBrittany M. Ross is the Paralegal — Trust Administrator for The Law Office of Ruthann P. Lacey, P.C. Brittany is responsible for managing Special Needs and other Trusts on behalf of the beneficiaries and trustee.  In this role Brittany communicates with the beneficiaries, purchases everything from diapers to houses, keeps the trust accounts current, and works to maintain the public benefits the beneficiaries depend upon.

Brittany was born in Athens, Georgia and grew up in Oconee County. She moved to Atlanta to pursue her degree in Criminal Justice   Paralegal Studies at ITT Technical Institute in Duluth. Brittany is a member of the Associates Club at ITT Tech where she holds the Historian office for documenting and recording all events for future members. She is also a member of the Georgia Association of Paralegals (GAP). Brittany always knew she wanted a career in which she could utilize her current skills, and fulfill her desire to help others.  When she is not working or studying she enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She enjoys attending church, going to the park, fishing, swimming, and putt-putt golf with her family.
